Getting closer!

Thanks to the efforts of Ray Gearhart, the guests will know which apartment is theirs! Door numbers were added last week to all of the doors in the east building. The plan calls for the occupation of the east building by the middle of February by all of the guests from the old apartments. The old apartments should be torn down to get ready for the new road around the beginning of March. Will it happen as planned? Stay tuned!

We've taken another leap of faith and are replacing many of the furnishings. (Our first leap of faith was undertaking the $4 million construction project which now has been funded!) New washers and dryers have been received. New refrigerators, new mattresses, new sofa beds have all been ordered. We're shopping for new recliners. We're hoping that by the time the bills come in, additional funds will have been received. (We have a line of credit, to be used if necessary.)
